FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does WWFP cater weddings? Private events? Public events?
Yes! We love being part of all types of events whether it’s a summer music festival, your wedding or an off-the-beaten-path corporate lunch!
How far in advance should I book WWFP for my event?
The sooner the better, our schedule fills up fast! Please fill out our event request form as soon as you know the date of your event. After a deposit of 50% of the total bill has been made and a contract signed, we will secure the date of the event on our calendar. All price quotes and requested date availability are guaranteed for 24 hours until contract is signed
How does it work?
We arrive 90 minutes on average before the event in our Wicked Wood Fired Pizza catering truck. We serve a variety of traditional, artisan and signature pizzas on 10-inch homemade sourdough crusts. We serve our pizzas directly out of our truck (walk-up service) or buffet-style.
What is the footprint of your set up, how much space is required?
We require a level hard flat service. Driveways, streets and parking lots work best. We require guaranteed parking, to accommodate the following:
- Length: 27ft
- Height: 12ft
- Width: 12ft
- Weight: 14k
What time do you arrive?
Approximately 90 minutes prior to service time.
What is included?
- For buffet-style service: two 6-foot tables, two black table cloths, pizza pans, pie servers and disposable plates, napkins and plastic ware.
- For walk-up service: disposable pizza boxes, napkins and plastic ware.
How long is typical service?
Typical service last 1.5 hours. For gathering of 150 or more, service will last 2 hours.
Does your set up give up smoke?
Once we arrive and light the fire, the oven chimney will put out light smoke. The hotter the oven gets, the less smoke is produced.
How far will you travel?
We like to stay within an hour’s drive of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Do you require electricity?
We provide our electricity in most instances. We appreciate an outlet in close proximity when convenient.
How is the pizza served?
We serve 10” pizzas cut into six slices.
What if it rains?
We can still make pizzas in some challenging weather. Severe weather, 20 MPH + winds, and hail can shut down an event. In the event of inclement weather, we will discontinue buffet-style service and continue walk-up service with a tent outside the service window.
Our minimum party charge is $1200.
To reserve the date of your event, a 50% deposit is required.
We accept credit cards, with a surcharge of 2.9%.
The full amount is due 48 hours prior to your event.
There is a 45-day minimum written notice required to cancel for a full refund.
In case of forecasted inclement weather, an event can be rescheduled with a 48-hour notice. If 20 MPH + winds/extreme weather are forecasted we will cancel. We can serve in light rain. If no cancellation and we arrive the full invoice is due.
Additional charges apply for travel and vehicle expense if outside of our immediate area, which will be fully disclosed when you book the party.
